Cadence Smith proudly serves as the Chief Product Officer of I YAH YAH Pancake Mix Company. As a sharp, articulate, highly focused executive and owner, Cadence plays a major role in shaping the delicious future of the I YAH YAH Brand. 

 

A passionate reader and exceptional student, Cadence is known for her attention to detail especially when it comes to pancake flavors. She is very particular (in the best way) about selecting which flavors will make it to the store shelves and on the breakfast, lunch and dinner table.  Her taste testing skills and flavor ideas are second to none. It helps to guide the creative direction of the company’s product line ensuring each blend lives up to the I YAH TAH Standard MMM MMM Tastes So Good.  

 

As the Chief Product Officer, Cadence works closely with company expert Formulator, Mr. Ron Asmar, of Live Smart Company.  Together with Cadence and the team they developed new recipe and improved the existing pancake mixes.  Cadence makes sure that each ingredient meets the company’s high quality expectations. 

 

Cadence is responsible for leading product innovation, testing new concepts and giving her final approval on flavors.  She does this all while making sure that the packaging matches the demographics and target audience we serve. 

 

Whether she’s reviewing ingredient labels, giving feedback on flavor samples, or working with the CEO and other executives to plan future pancake flavor releases, Cadence is an expert on ensuring that every I YAH YAH Product is crafted with care, creativity and kid powered excellence.
