Holding such a prestigious position at just 5 years old, Rylee Jones is a force to be reckoned with. Rylee is proving that age is no limit to what she can do. This girl is amazing!  

 

As the CCO, Rylee makes sure that everyone follows the rules and keeps things running smoothly.  “This is my job and you do yours”, is only a snippet of what her quick wit would say. She works very closely with the CEO to make sure that the company’s employee safety protocols are within a fair and honest environment. 

 

Rylee is a great reader, which further aids her to view the company documents, labels, and double checking of ingredients . She does this all while making sure that what I YAH YAH Pancake Mix Company stands for is true and very clear.  

 

During their weekly meeting, Rylee oftentimes remind the executives and team about safety protocols, company fairness and  doing the right thing. She’s great at doing these things while having lots of fun with a a big smile and a very sharp mind.  Whether she’s checking packages or reading pancake flavor names,  Rylee Jones makes sure I YAH YAH Pancake Mix Company and its executives stay in compliance with all rules, regulations, when making their MMM MMM delicious tasting flavors.
